The highly anticipated National Investor’s Meet 2023, hosted by IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML EIC), took place at the esteemed IIM Lucknow Noida Campus on 23rd June, 2023. Microsoft Azure & State Bank of India were the official partners for the event, who brought forth numerous promising benefits for all IIML EIC Portfolio Startups. The event aimed at providing a common platform for integration & collaboration for startup founders, investors, strategic and corporate partners to interact and explore potential investment opportunities, foster synergies and strategically maximize the potential of the prevalent startup ecosystem within India. Prof. Anadi Saran Pande, Faculty-In-Charge of IIML Enterprise Incubation Centre and Professor of Strategic Management, IIM Lucknow addressed the audience and emphasised the institute’s commitment to nurturing an innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem. He also elaborated on the importance of good governance and integrity in enabling startups to succeed and sustainably create wealth, jobs, and economic growth. The Investor Meet featured multiple pitch sessions and witnessed 30 + stellar presentations from IML EIC Portfolio Startups. The startups showcased their innovative ideas and business models. Ambitious entrepreneurs had the opportunity to connect with investors and strategic partners to endeavor dynamic networking, corporate connects and strategic funding opportunities. IIML EIC has a Portfolio of 80+ startups who have a cumulative valuation of 1500+ Cr, facilitating them to be in an advantageous position. The event at IIM Lucknow (Noida Campus) was abuzz with excitement as entrepreneurs, investors, corporate and strategic partners convened to participate in the dynamic event. The event witnessed active participation of IIML EIC’s strategic partners from leading PSU’s like ONGC, GAIL, Oil India & HPCL, the senior officials from the PSU’s added valuable insights & held interactive discussions with all participants. Corporate partners from the country’s leading banks were among the key attendees for the event. More than 40+ VC Firms & Angel Networks from across the country were present and participated as active investors in the event. Prominent VC firms like Blume Ventures, Fluid Ventures, Venture Catalysts, Agility Ventures, Soonicorn Ventures, IP Ventures, AWE Funds & Faad Network actively participated in the Investor Meet. Distinguished Angel Networks from across the country also actively engaged in the event, Indian Angel Network, Chennai Angels, Mumbai Angels & Hyderabad Angels were in attendance to name a few.
