The process of generating, assessing, and refining ideas for new startups, or ideation, requires an entrepreneurial sense of inventiveness. It is commonly known that the presence of entrepreneurship education and training programs nurtures an individual’s entrepreneurial capacity, but little is known about the mechanism through which intervention impacts the intended outcomes. The requirement is to develop a structured training program focused on holistic development to enhance an individual’s entrepreneurial mindset and skills to transform business ideas from Zero to One.

Pre-Incubations Programme offers professionals, aspiring entrepreneurs, and students the chance to participate in the business idea's journey from zero to one. The structured 4-month program is designed to help create and grow new business ideas. The program will cover the concepts of Business & Financial Modelling, Design Thinking, Ideas, Sales & Marketing & Presentation, Understanding Entrepreneurship and Startup Life Cycle along with Business Communication Skills which are crucial for any aspiring entrepreneur to develop their understanding before starting their entrepreneurial journey. The sessions will be delivered by global industry experts followed by a Pitch Fest where selected participants will have an opportunity to showcase their ideas for further pre-incubation and potential funding support at IIML EIC.
With these programs, our aim is to foster entrepreneurship through mentoring, training, and pre-incubation support to the student community and help them grow their entrepreneurial skills.
